Stage
Inspection
All dirt, mould, algae and loose paint is removed by power-washing, wire brushing, scraping or other mechanical methods. Where appropriate, surfaces are treated with ProPERLA Biocide to kill and prevent organic growth. This is strongly recommended in areas where moss, algae or mould has been removed.

Restoration
This may include repairs, replacement of damaged tiles, removal of moss, algae & lichen, and general cleaning of the roof surface.

Biocide Treatment
It is recommended that surfaces are treated with ProPERLA or Renotech Biocide to help prevent future growth of moss, algae, and lichen.

Priming
Application of the selected ProPERLA or Renotech roof coating is then carried out, typically using a two-coat process, to provide full protection from weathering and restore the appearance of the roof.
